Pale golden body. See-through layer on the surface. Nice aroma of floral hops and citric fruits. Blended fruity taste character with notes of lemon, oranges and grapefruits. Herbal dryness to a bitter finish. Half, cask that came on during our stay at Sheffield Tap in Sheffield half pint 30 Sep 10. mR_fr0g (13226) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2016

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin creamy head. Hopped with a high fruity sweetness - and too sugary to comfortably enjoy. jercraigs (10731) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 17, 2010
2010-08-02. Lightly hazy yellow with a small foamy white head. Flavour is mild, very light bitterness throughout, subtle mild fruit with whispers of citrus, hints at lemon. 6+ Aroma is a bit interesting, mild lemon, lightly yeasty, muted straw. 6+ Smooth average palate. Mild but super drinkable, this might score more highly on a day by itself rather than in comparison to its Thornbridge brethren. [3242-20100802] Cask. Odd herbal yeast and hops in the aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Herbal notes continue in the flavour with mild leafy hops. Medium body. Not as wonderful as hoped, a little disappointing.

Hoppy aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy fruity and sweet on the palate with a honey flavour. A little creamy. Crisp and slightly bitter dry finish. maeib (8751) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2009
Cask conditioned handpump Coach & Horses Dronfield. A really attractive bright gold coloured beer with a white head and lacing. The aroma has lemony hops and a bit of toffee or caramel. The taste has good bitterness and again that hint of caramel. Good but lacking any wow factor.

(Cask at The Rake, Southwark, London, 9 Aug 2008) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, mainly grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus (orange, grapefruit), apricots and a generous, citrussy bitterness in the finish. Very nice, very drinkable. jackl (8297) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Cask @ CPK. Light golden straw color with a tiny white head. The nose is light citrus, grass, some subtle pine. Faint. The taste is light malty strawberry and some lemon wood. More straw. Light body. Overall, an OK APA. Nothing spectacular. Finn (7916) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2010
