Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Deep golden. Citric grapefruity hop aroma. Dense and sweet, yet never fruity . Quite intense hoppiness with very sweet buttery malt. Tastes like 9%, drinks like 4%. Thornbridge Hall do great stuff! imdownthepub (15322) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2007
Cask conditioned at The Coach & Horses, Dronfield, Derbyshire. Gold with white head. the Thornbridge signature of citric, bittersweet, grapefruity hops is to the fore here with a light, dry malty background. A very decent beer indeed. wyzzywyz22 (2752) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - NOV 20, 2008
Cask, Bodega, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
This had a definite whiff of quality about it. Golden colour with a thin white head.
Inticing aroma with bags of citrus and hop.
Just knew I was going to like this. Very well balanced aromatic hop in the flavour and just very drinkable. Wish I could get this on a regular basis. Dedollewaitor (16381) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 28, 2016
