Bottle at a tasting. Very nice balance of character, I get the chamomile as strongest, roses and lemon as light and coriander as background. Flowery spicy base beer character, everything marries together really well. Easy drinking, packing lots of flavours. Excellent.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, straw, and a bit of lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with lemons, spices and fruits. Rather spicy. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and spicy. To spicy to really good.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. Hazy straw coloured with a thin white head. It has a herbal rose petal and gentle fruit flavour followed by toffee and 'Turkish Delight' rose on the finish. Unusual and pretty good.

14/X/17 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: 9/II/18 (2017-1774)

Clear blond to yellow beer, small creamy white irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweetish, bit floral, some citrus, spicy and herbal. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: urinal cakes, very floral, sweetish and sugary, some Turkish delight, more sugary. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, very floral, rose water, sugary, too sweet, don't really like it.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 Bottle, pours orange-tinged hold with little head, aromas of camomile, tart lemon and a faint floral notes. Creamy texture fills the palate, bringing notes of caramel and Earl Grey, a faint touch of Berliner tartness, more shy floral notes, and a hint of ripe peach.

Aroma de ceai de musetel, gust de musetel si visina foarte pronuntat. Nu simt trandafirul si putin de tot cerealele, dar e foarte placut. Mai mult fruity beer decat wheat beer, dar e foarte interesant si gustos.

Idiosynkrasie (8212) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - DEC 12, 2017
330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Perfumed, floral aroma, soapy hints of rose petals, some chamomile, reminds of old aunts half bath - the rose flavours turn out to be rather ephemeral, a nice biscuity, chamomile induced malty aroma remains. Taste is sweet-ish malty, minimally wheaty, floral, well integrated notes of chamomile; minimally watery passages, floral and minimally citrusy, tart-ish finish with an additional touch of lemon and a rose petal comeback. Quite unique, very interesting taste, the aroma isn't equally appealing,
