Cask at the Cask, Pimlico, 05/07/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white swirl and edgeing. Nose is floral, straw, earthy hop backnotes, apricot rinse. Taste comprises biscuit malt, apricots, citric rind, straw, earthy, vanilla fudge. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close with an apricot rinse. So so, truth be told another let down from Thornbridge of late.

Cask at CPK 5th B-day celebrations, London. It pours a hazy apricot color with a small white head. Aroma is grainy and lightly grassy with hints of fruits and caramel. Taste is quite crispy and grainy, with citrus peel, grass, straw and ripe apricots. Light herbal note. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, was expecting more flavour out of this one.

Cask at CPK during the pubs 5th birthday celebration - London. Pours clear, pale gold with a creamy, white head. Light tangy lemon aroma with faint hay notes. Light sweet flavor with mild lemon, faint citric tang, melon. Light in body with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish with further lemony tang, dry pale bread. Novel stuff. Its like a gose but without the teeth. Very nice.

Cask conditioned handpump Craft Beer Co WC1 London 28/07/14. A blonde beer with a white head and lace. Apricots in the nose are good and welcoming. Comes through in the mouth too with pale malts but it is a bit thin. A decent beer but below par for Thornbridge.
