3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Beeches of Walkley, Sheffield. Hazy, straw colour. Thin, white head. Aroma is grassy, bready and minerally. Taste has a yeasty sweetness. Dry, tart finish.
On tap at Fakin. Clear golden body, white head. Interesting bready, corky malty, aroma permeated with flowery hoppy notes. Well executed, but something's off there for me on a hedonistic scale. Dryish grainy, herbal and flowery taste, low bitterness, ending in a bit of a void. Interesting stuff, definitely a good take on the style. On a BJCP scale, this would've scored more for me. Like this, I just don't see myself returning to it. hrabren (1516) - Zagreb, CROATIA - NOV 11, 2017

330ml bottle . Good dough , hay , fresh rural german hillbilly village bread nose . I'd say an unasuming vibrant nuance . A golden beer with a foamy, clumpy , lacing as a white head . It drinks ....clean and easy . A light hay , bread , and dry texture . I lke how this isn't too sweet - it's delicate . Rich is on welfare . PABen (30) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 5, 2017

This is surprisingly good, it is almost as good as Stella. thornbridge seem to be FINALLY getting the message that beet should be cold and fizzy. I know refrigeration was a technology that was unevenly distributed across the UK from metropolitan to rural areas from the 1950s but the prevalence of disgusting warm beer is surprising in the 21st century. I hope that people in remote places get the benefit of fridges soon. PapaVillum (955) - Valby, DENMARK - AUG 9, 2017
Men kunne let forveksles.

As close to a Kolsh as you can get outside Cologne. Very clean, layered taste with bitter palette

Really like this beer. Hits the spot on a hot day. Nice cereal aromas and tastes. Malty and bitter finish. Very well done.
