Bottle. Quite fizzy and spritzy initially. Nice fruit, floral aroma and flavour. DSome gooseberry and citrus fruit, with some light grassyness, soft bitterness. Not bad. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 2, 2007

Comments: Bottle. Mineral, brightly floral pale ale that comes across mostly dry, very much hay-like and slightly biscuity. Good stuff.
Bottle, at London Shindig, August 2007. Another excellent production from Thornbridge. Difficult to categorise. Definitely in the Jaipur mould but perhaps a bit softer and drifting towards APA territory. Very grassy and herbaceous with some spicy, herbal touches and resinous hop backdrop and a smack of grapefruit. Very easy drinking and doesn’t flaunt the relatively high alcohol level at all. I’d love to try this from cask but I don’t suppose that’s ever going to happen.

Bottle @ Chris_o shindig 2007. Clear light yellow color with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, nice and fresh dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. Yellow colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is earth, malts, hops and some fruits. Flavour is slight fruits, sweet hops, lots of nectar and mild honeyish hints lurking. A bit cookieish in the aftertaste. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 14, 2007
Bottle. Pours pale golden with a huge head. Nice, fruity hop aroma. Thoroughly bitter, grassy with some citrus. Crisp finish. A worship to the hops. harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 10, 2007

_o. Soft citrus and hoppy aroma. Hazy, pale yellow color, white head, good lace. Sweet, citrus, pretty bitter and herbal. Full, soft, interesting.
A Mes rate:
50cl bottle at Chris O’s Shindig. Clean blonde colour with a very decent white head. Hoppy nose with some surprising dark character. Must be the malt I guess. It is possible it was still remnants of the Achel I had wiped up earlier. Flavour is excellent. A little hop fest that sent me all over the place. Grassy, bags of citrus, floral and a glorious bitter finish. All you could want from hops. Loads of character. Finish seems better each time I drink some. So clean in the palate. Certainly one of their best. Sure some will wonder what I am raving about but it really hit the spot for me.
