corkyrory66 (2163) - BELGIUM - JUN 26, 2017

500ml bottle from Good Spirits Co. Hazy yellow amber, reasonable head. Oaty hop aroma. Tropical fruit & hop flavour. Slightly spicy tropical fruit aftertaste. Another best recent beer.

Bottle from hop hideout, sheffield (named bear state). Clear yellow with nice glossy and lacy white head. Aroma is great tropical hops, grapefruit and lychee. Taste is lovely and crisp and bitter. Nice oily full body and slightly prickly carbonation. Very good stuff.

Draft @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2015. Bitter, refreshing, a perfect example of west coast IPA, very tasty and hoppy. Impressive!

Golden body, stable grey lace. Hugely hoppy and surprisingly smooth still, in a good way, totally not sharp. Light malts used to further highlight the hops. Abv within bounds and perfectly warming. Superb palate. Yum! (50cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Like everyone else, I had this served to me as Bear State. Long-lasting, fairly dense head. Aroma is white grapes. Taste is light bitterness with a hint of champagne in the background.
