White Gold Pale Ale
Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer.

Bottle. A light yellow beer with a medium and white head. Aroma of fresh lemon, some tropical fruits and grapefruits, light malts, and hint of wet grass. Taste is quite surprising, strongly bitter in the beginning, biscuity malts, lemon and grass, aftertaste is biscuity, dry and herbal. Light+, high carbonation, very refereshning, not watery. High-quality and refershning, great bitterness; great beer with low alc.%.

Cask @ CPK. Cant believe I hadnt rated this yet! Light golden color with no head. The nose is light grass and lemon-kissed mild grains. Soft nose. The taste is light hoppy angel food cake, sugar, a bit of floral herbs and peach. Light white toast. Light body. Soft carbonation. OK

Boutip (6130) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 11, 2012
Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy blonde color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of citrus and sweet malt with light floral notes is a bit off as too much citrus is apparent. Taste is also dominated by underlying citrus notes which are bit too powerful and dont necessarily seems to originated form the latest fresh West Coast hops. Malt base is solid with light floral notes and limited sweetness. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Not bad but way too much citrus notes with light sour notes.

500 ml bottle. Pale golden colour. Crystal clear. Small white fine-laced head. Crisp floral hops aroma with hints of citrus. Refreshing bitterness against a light bodied beer. Even though it is very light there is a lot of flavour in the beer. A great session beer that packs a punch.
