Cask handpump at The Craven Arms, Birmingham, Monday 4th January 2016. Good looking amber ale with a very creamy textured tight, nice off white head. A touch of spice and pumpkin on the nose, ok so it’s a little sweet but I sort of expect that with a pumpkin beer, its nice. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6 jackafholmes (1021) - - NOV 3, 2015
Cask at stags head, sheffield. Burnt orange colour with a small very lacy off white head. Aroma is vege and spice, with ginger dominating, and coriander adding bright florals. Taste is crisp and spicy, with a lingering butterness on the back of the tongue. Very smooth with medium/full body and nicely judged carbonation. Good good double good. Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Amber-gold with a small creamy head. There’s lot of different spices in this ale, none of which are overbearing although the ginger and coriander are noticeable. Has a relatively smooth drinking texture. stravale (3088) - Co. Westmeath, IRELAND - NOV 8, 2014

Amber, slight haze, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma of soft fruits, light spice
Taste of soft fruits, fruity caramel, some spices, ginger, soft bitter hops, gingerbread, quite tasty
Palate - Medium body, smooth texture, soft bitter. Finish as main flavour, slightly dry, soft spices
Overall - Good beer, the spices are not overdone
Cask at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden on 26th October 2014. Amber with thin off-white foam and lacing bands. Yeasty, spicy and moderately citric aromas. Mellow fruitiness and sweet veg notes in-mouth with citrus background. An apple touch. Tangy, then grassy finish as sweetness first to die away. Light to zingy mouthfeel and light body for strength. Rated as a novelty, I found this ale very enjoyable.

Draught cask at craft Beer Co. Covent Garden. Really nice interpretation of a pumpkin ale - flavours are subtle & mellow, not over spiced, and you could sure enjoy this by the pint. Leighton (21880) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 2, 2013
Cask at CBC Clerkenwell. Pours clear, bright gold with a fine, white foam head. Good beer, pleasant autumnal spice character, moderate bready sweetness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Some nutmeg to finish, further bready malts. Tasty and nicely balanced. madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 12, 2013

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Clear amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Smooth and semi dry palate with light fine carbonation. Light and semi sweet cinnamon. Mild fruity pumpkin with touch of orange. Light dry finish. Light and fruity with the spices kept in check.
Cask at Coach and Horses, Dronfield - Deep orange body, lasting white lacing head. Spicy nose of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. A little sweet in the taste, very much a nice winter pumpkin pie flavour to it. Good mouth feel to this too, with a little bitter finish to bring it all together. Good. Cask at Dada, Sheffield. (Badged up as Four Lions). Orange amber colour. Broken, white head. Aroma is a lightly spiced, sweet maltiness. Some nutmeg and a distinct pumpkin sweetness. Taste has a light sweetness initially, which turns into a spicy dryness. Nicely balanced. Liked it.
