Keg at Peakender, Bakewell. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, some cucumber, slight straw and subtle grass. Taste of lemon, some cucumber, slight grass, a little straw and subtle hop. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dryish, cucumber and hop bitterness in the finish. Soft aroma but cucumber comes through nicely in the flavour. Crisp and easy drinking.

27/VII/17 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ holidays - BB: 7/VI/18 (2017-1135)

Clear pale bright yellow beer, maybe with a greenish shine, but that might just be the power of suggestion. :p Small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, cow fodder, grains, little fruit, hint of banana, bit grassy. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, pretty bitter touch, a bit fruit and some cucumbers indeed, didn’t smell them, but definitely can taste ’m! Pretty interesting! Aftertaste: bitter, dry, some citrus, some tropical fruits, little malty, more cucumber but it’s subtle and not disturbing at all! I like the concept. Now do it with a gose please! :p

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2017 D?couverte dans la Saveur Box. Bi?re tr?s claire, peu de mousse. Nez de concombre et fleurie. Bouche tr?s fra?che mais le concombre est trop pr?sent pour moi. Dommage...
