2oz taster on tap, at HopCat Broad Ripple. Mostly clear red brown color. Thin tan head. Leaves good, thicker ridges of lace. Great coffee up front. A hint of the caramel, some dark chocolate, toasty malts. Moderate bitter, light sweet, more dry taste. Medium body. Smooth, lightly soft kind of crisp lighter carbonation and dry texture towards the end. Really nice coffee porter. The coffee and caramel work great together.

Draught at brewpub. Chocolate and roasty flavor as expected. Not a heavy body for a porter. Slightly burnt taste. Nice.

Draft sample. Poured a dark brown color with an average frothy light brown head that was mostly lasting and excellent lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium toasted chocolate sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

On tap. Pours a dark brown with a thin light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, bitter chocolate. Flavor of roasted malt, coffee, sweet caramel, sweet malt, mild peanut butter. A little sweet, could use more coffee, palate is somewhat thin, but overall it's ok. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)
