On draft at HopCat a Indianapolis. Thanks work! The pourbisba reddish brown color with a thick ring of light khaki head and some good lace as it falls. The aroma is pretty bland. There is a nice coffee to it, and some light chocolate malt, but that’s about it. There isn’t really a roast, and it’s just thin on the depth. The flavor is much of the same. The light chocolate and good coffee come through on the front end, but fade and leave nothing on the back end. It’s an interesting brew. The mouth feel is soft and watery with a sharper carbonation and a lingeringly light malt and watery coffee on the back end. Needs a little more complexity. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 7, 2017
Pours a clear dark brown body with a minimal wispy beige head. The nose is big coffee with some chocolate malt and roasted malt. The flavor is a bit flat, there’s some coffee and chocolate malt, and light bitterness. A bit grainy though. It’s a bit light and thin on the whole. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Not a great example of the style. Coachochoa (8) - Indiana, USA - SEP 8, 2016 does not count
Decent dark beer with no after taste but a smooth finish and decent ABV % good with spicy food

Draft at Scotty?s Brewhouse in Fort Wayne, IN. This brew poured a very small quickly diminishing light brown colored head and fine to medium sized bubbles. The aroma was mild with malty mildly roasted brown malts. The palate was crisp and tingly from start to finish. The flavor was crisp with strong roasted brown malt and a mild hop backing. A decent brew worth having again. Chudwick (3198) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - JUN 22, 2015
Taster at the brewery. I forgot my manners and Andy jumped in to remind everyone. Thanks andy. Coffee flavor to the sip. Roasty. Hooray for side boob. It’s a porter folks. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 3, 2014
2oz taster on tap, at HopCat Broad Ripple. Mostly clear red brown color. Thin tan head. Leaves good, thicker ridges of lace. Great coffee up front. A hint of the caramel, some dark chocolate, toasty malts. Moderate bitter, light sweet, more dry taste. Medium body. Smooth, lightly soft kind of crisp lighter carbonation and dry texture towards the end. Really nice coffee porter. The coffee and caramel work great together. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - JUN 1, 2014
