Draft. Pours orange pinkish amber with a white head. Fruity sweet, just a touch of cardboard, some berry notes, and low acidity. Fine.

This is one of my favorite wheat ales. It has a great light fruit flavor without being sweet.

This draft brew from Fort Wayne’s Scotty’s Brewhouse poured a small sized head of foamy bright white colored bubbles that were fully diminished and left behind a no visible carbonation hazy brown orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was blackberry. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of blackberry and mild hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

2oz taster on tap, at HopCat Broad Ripple. Hazy pink red orange color. Thin off-white head, short ropes of lace. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of full, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light hint of tart. Great blackberry, cream, and bready wheat aroma. Pretty nice balance to this. Like a blackberry muffin. Good blackberry fruit beer.

Pours an opaque reddish rust. Good carbonation with a dusted head. Berry aroma. Light berry taste with wheat base. Slightly sticky mouthfeel with a light berry aftertaste.

Kind of like it. Milky red. Old sweet fruit to thw nose. Taste is fruit punch and light lager. Kind of like a blackberry version of a shandy. Best for a warm day mowing the lawn.

On tap at Scotty’s Brewhouse in Carmel. Pour a pinkish orange with a white head. Wheat malt and light blackberry in the aroma and taste. OK, but pretty average.
