GlassBrass440 (321) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - DEC 18, 2014
From can. No date. Somewhat like an American pale ale. Big hop character in the nose. Catty and herbal. Not what I typically expect from "100% Nelson hops". Flavor carries the aroma through before shifting to a generic malt profile and an assertive bitterness that coats the tongue and sticks around for just enough time that you miss it when it’s gone. Color is gold with a light reddish hue. Pillowy, lasting, white head. I’d swear this is an APA (and a decent one), rather than a blonde ale.

3.3

clear light golden with a tall foamy head. aroma of grass and floral notes. well-balanced taste.
