(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy pale golden with a small, white head. Aroma of citrus and a little yeast. Medium-bodied with notes of yeast, citrus and banana. Fairly bitter and astringent finish. Mostly reminds me of a light Belgian Blonde. 210208

Can, 330ml at The University Club, Oxford. Fizzed gold with white head. There was a slightly uncontrollable volcanic pour to this, big pillowy head. Sweet, fruity flavours to the fore, tropical fruits, pineapple notes then a jint of bubblegum. Nicely hoppy throughout. Decent.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with dad, cheers dad! sat in Frank at Moira Furnace Folk Festival, Moira, Leics/Derby’ border Friday 18th August 2017 whilst warming up our Chicken Dhansak. I thought that I’d had this but found out not. This was a really pleasant golden ale, bags of fruit with some summer stone fruits combining with a dab of citrus. Nice bittersweet balance, enjoyable beer. Hazy straw coloured with a busy white head. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

DuffMan (10728) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 3, 2009
Bottle. Pours a clear light golden with a bit of sediment at the very end creating a slight haze. The head is large, white, and lasting and leaves lace for half the glass. Aroma initially is green tropical fruit, calling to mind the rind of mangoes. With time, passionfruit and orange peel become dominant. Flavours are biscuity pale malt balanced equally with hop flavours of tropical fruit and citrus oil, slightly floral. Finish is nicely bitter.

Idiosynkrasie (8056) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 10, 2016
500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. "Unfiltered" aroma, notes of husk, protein, grass, some lemon, a touch of orange zest. Taste is quite bitter hoppy, grassy, slightly citrusy, hints of orange zest, a strawy and minimally chalky touch, pale malty background; long lasting bitter finish, lively carbonation. Very refreshing. Good.
