3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
It pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up malts and apple to pear fruity esters as well as a touch of grainy malts. The taste initially has some thin spikes of citrus hops and then it thins out into various mild esters and some malt graininess.
Described as "full bodied" by the brewery - I think not. While this is decent session ale, the thin mouthfeel might be its most characteristic trait. Could use a bit more hop presence and a bit more earthy rye component. It's cheap and a decent low ABV brew - both of which are laudable, but it's a bit short on flavor. I'll keep buying it for the first two reasons...but only once every month or two. slowrunner77 (12804) - Reno, Nevada, USA - APR 19, 2016
sample from a bomber - not sure of age but it seemed to have some. Cardboard and rye spice was the predominant theme. Not completely hateful, but close-ish. Fatehunter (2613) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - NOV 29, 2015
Pours a thin head on a hazy dark straw body.
The aroma is ripe oranges and apples.
The taste is spicy rye and mild bitterness.
The texture is crisp.
A tasty brew.

Poured from tap to glass. Golden hue with creamy head that dissipated. Aroma is straw, floral, honey. Mouthfeel is ok with a light body and soft carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness followed by a slight spicy hop. Overall this brew is ok. bpreo (2943) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - SEP 15, 2014
This beer is just not doing it for me. Little flavor and poor alcohol content make this another forgettable bottle from Three Creeks.

Hazy gold pour with a white head. The aroma has some juicy orange and biscuit malt notes. The flavor is a mix of orange, pine, rye and biscuit malts. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - NOV 18, 2013
on tap at the brewery.
turbid apricot wit ha soapy etch across the top. Touch of fruit and ester up front is like a white grape, then follow thru with a near clay yeast character and a touch of astringency on the back end. Flavor is grainy and sweet, almost tastes under attenuated (although I can’t really know the intent here), touch bitter with a light oatmeal flavor. Full bodied with moderate carb and a dry finish.
