22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is green apples, fruity and light citrusy. Toasted malty, citrusy to grapefruity. Light yeasty, mild estery to phenolic. Bitter, citrusy and dry finish. VRBJG (159) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 7, 2012
Pours cloudy light amber with a white head. Smells light citrus. Tastes somewhere between a typical saison and a rye ipa. This is not as bright or sweet as a typical saison. Unique....very good. GuillaumeCL (344) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 3, 2012
Pours a hazy golden orange with a bit of head that dissipates quickly. Smell is quite hoppy with grass and trees, but also has a bit of a wild touch and a bit of something sweet, very nice though hoppier than I would have expected. Palate is medium bodied and has a good amount of softer finer carbonation. Taste is hoppy at first but then gets a bit of a funky flavour and gets balanced with some sweetness though fades out to some hoppy bitterness. Very complex and interesting. bhiner41 (190) - Darien, Illinois, USA - OCT 26, 2012
What an unexpected beer. Tingly mouth feel and a healthy hops finish. Sweet on the front end, dry at the finish. Golden orange color and heavy white head. As expected awesome from 3F & Menno.

22oz bottle from lemonhead. Cloudy rusty amber with a small off white head. Aroma of honey, milk caramels, peppercorns and lemon. Flavor is very sweet, lots of caramel and butterscotch, there is some mild spice and bitterness. Medium body with a syrupy, flabby mouth feel. This is supposed to be a Saison???, really? This beer is a flabby, under attenuated mess.

Crazy fruity. Smells like an orange lemon. Bright orange. Not a Saison fan but love this one. Super flavorful and enjoyable.

Not much in the way of aromas. Fruity Belgian and American hop flavors. Overall very good collaboration. Treebs (872) - , Illinois, USA - OCT 20, 2012
Had on tap the source. Served in a stemmed tulip.
A: Pours a semi clear amber color with a thick white head forming on the pour. It’s about one finger in height and it recedes slowly leaving behind sticky sheets of lace.
S: The citris hop profile on the nose really jumps out at you with some orange and lemon zest as well. Sweet Belgian yeast cuts through on the back end with some refined malts.
T: Spicy belgian yeast, with a little bit of pepper and clove, is up front. Nice grassy hops and citrus zest with a semi-bitter grapefruit pith on the finish. Sweet malt body. Well hidden booze for 8.5%
M: Medium bodied with a little heft to it. Great prickly carbonation with a drying finish.
O: A well crafted saison with a little body to it. Obviously I’d like it a little lighter to make it a little more easy drinking, but the flavor profile gets you past that. Definitely recommed for any saison fan.

22oz bottle from Antioch Fine Wine and Spirits, split with my wife. Pours a bright, amber color with a white head and some lacing. Aroma is a little bready, but mainly hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet, cereal, a little bitter, grassy hops, with a light bitter finish. A pretty decent beer, but not much of a saison in my opinion.
