Hazy orangeish gold pour. Head quickly dissipates with no lacing.
Smell is sweet, nice hoppy scents, tropical fruit, citrus, some bubblegum. Really IPA like with a hint of yeastiness.
The flavor is goood. Melon, tropical, citrus, candylike malt, slight white wine, sweet but not overpowering. A slight touch of booze in the finish.
A tasty brew. An example of the proper way to do a collaboration beer.
And btw the label is freaking hilarious and awesome. BeerandBlues2 (13825) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 5, 2013

Smooth grapefruit juice, hoppy yet not bitter, a great balance of spice and malt makes it a very tasty beverage indeed.Grapefruit aroma. Cloudy grapefruit appearance with some retained head. deyholla (12316) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Bottle. Pouts a hazy deep gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with some light fruit, grain and light spice. Flavor starts with some bitter citrus that mellows to allow some light fruit and light spice to come out. shrubber85 (11623) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - OCT 5, 2012
Bottle. Orange, peach, grapefruit, and musty malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large white head. Sweet orange malt and moderately bitter herbal flavor. Not a bad beer - very sweet for a saison.

Bomber. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Some sediment noticeable. Bready, caramel - comes off more like a mild barley wine. Not bad but far from a typical saison. 77ships (11056) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUL 23, 2013
65 cl. bottle sampled @ Kraddel does 1K tasting. Procured by Kraddel. Cheers. Golden amber with little white head. Nose is huge on hops, USA, pine, big hay, lots of spices, big pepper, spicy yeast and quite rustic, nice. Taste is surprisingly bitter, very bitter hay, feels like there is quite a lot of old world hops in here as well, Eastern-EU?, grass, lots of barn, very big hay, huge raw spicy yeast, very lingering, grass, light zest, pepper, huge ester. Lovely but so harsh that it is almost hard to drink a glass, let alone a 22 oz. Ridiculously dry body. Quite lovely. alexsdad06 (10821) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JAN 20, 2014
22 oz. bottle shared by jmborggren. Pours a hazy dark golden/orange color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have big citrus notes, oranges and tangerines, some tropical notes, funk, bready malts, floral notes, and herbs. Medium-bodied, dry finish, nice drinking fruity saison. phaleslu (10673) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 12, 2012
22 oz. bottle shared by Jason- thanks a ton, man! You guys crushed my wants list last night. I owe the STL crew big time. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma is heavy on oranges and tangerines, then mango, straw, funk, bread, and herbs. The flavor is dry up front with sawdust and herbs, and gives way to the tangerine and mango fruitiness, along with floral hops, bread and funk. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a fruity, floral, woody mouthfeel. Really unique saison. olio (10552) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 23, 2013
