Thanks to Ryan for this one. Clear dark gold to amber color, thick beige head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy, brown sugar, and spicy hops. Nice bitter hop flavor balanced well with brown sugar maltiness, and an earthy hop character. Not too thick with a fairly dry finish.

Pours a clear dark amber with a orange fluffy head. A little lazy appearence. The nose is peaches, orangepeel, caramels and tons of hops. A thick and overwhelming palate with a oily touch and sparkling on the tounge. Taste is with dark honey, brown burned sugar and a clearly presens of alcohol. The finish is long and very bitter...wont do good in the beer-bong..but slowly in the glass...lovely

Bomber via trade a ways back, but I don’t really know who this came from, perhaps BBB63, if so thanks Mike. Poured into my Reidel Snifter. Pours orange with a 1 finger tan head. Nose is sweet and very nicely balanced. Tasty sweet with a lot of wheatyness with some fruitiness. Very smooth and very tasty, a very nice wheat wine.

Clear amber body with a small beige head. The nose is sweet with caramel and dark fruits. The flavor is very sweet, very hoppy with cotton candy, caramel, honey and golden raisins. Full body is chewy with moderate carbonation.

22oz bottle, courtesy of ryan. Thanks! Pours a bright, clear oranged-amber color; light-tan head with solid fine-bubbled lacing. Lots of sweet, dried dark fruits (raisins, dates), sticky candy sugar, and some citrus bitterness on the perimeter of the aroma; sweet, complex, and overripe. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: chewy dried fruits, caramel, and sweet candy sugar; lots of citrus bitterness at the edges; pretty reasonable carbonation; quite drinkable and dense, but sweet overall, and overripe, following the aroma; more than a touch overdone; lots of sugary sweetness and dried fruits throughout. Lengthy finish: sweet dried fruits, some caramel, and lasting candy sugariness.

On tap @ GTMW 2008. Pours a dark amber color with a off white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops and fermented fruit. Taste of fermented fruit, malt and hops. Alcohol is still very up front in it’s presence. Has a bit of a hoppy semi bitter finish.

Bottle, thanks Marsiblursi. Very soft aroma of ripe peaches and apricot puree. Nice balance of estery fruit, citrus hops and velvety wheat. Flavor is smooth with apparent alcohol and high carbonation. Very svoury. Caramel maltiness and more fruit jam. Slightly sour, but clean bitterness in the finish. Very nice!

Bottle at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Dark amber color. Sweet, berryish, honeyish, perfumed and liquerish aroma with cherry and flowery-piney hops. Bittersweet flavor with flowery-citrusy hops, strawberry and some sharp alcohols. Initially very sweet but then drying and tannic finish. Good aroma but a bit rough and muddy flavor.

Great Taste 2008. I like the wheat wine idea, but I always have hard time not comparing them to barleywines when I’m drinking them. This was a solid take on the style, and I imagine would age well. Notes of grassy, lemon peel, bitter orange, and cherry. Well crafted, just not as complex as a number of beers I enjoyed that day.
