Had a few pours of this at the anniversary party. pours a somewhat hazed orange with a foamy white head. Aroma has some nice citrus tropical fruits and grass. However the flavor wasn’t as hop forward, more of a bready malt base and citrus bite some floral and grassiness finishes. This would be a solid APA for anyone else but is subpar for FFF standards of great hoppy pales.

Draft at Three Floyds. Pours a pale gold, light haze and a white head. The nose is nice. Soft grainy malt with a citrusy hop profile, fresh. Some light tropical fruit as well. On tasting, clean and light. Soft pale malt supports medium bitterness. Good hop flavor overall, back into the citrus and the like. Clean and dry on the finish. Really nice APA here.

On tap at the brewpub and also had a few pours at the anniversary party... Pours a mostly transparent cidery orange brown hue and topped with a medium frothy white head... Crispy bready malt with a helpful dose of juicy tangerine citrus sweetness. Nice solid hop forward aroma.. Flavors are bready crackery malt base and a mild citrusy hop bent. Pronounced grassy bitteness through the middle and well on through the finish. Prickly lively carbonation and mouthfeel. Nice and easily drinkable though I’d choose others over this.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a crystal clear, lighter golden colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grapefruits and light tropical fruits with a bit of a grassiness and some florals. Somewhat grainy pale malt backing behind the hops. Flavor is similar. Somewhat grassy throughout with a good amount of citruses and a few floral tropical fruits. A grainy pale malt backing before this finishes crisp, clean, and lightly bitter with some grassy fruits. Lengthy aftertaste following a thinner feeling body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a crisp, clean, tasty pale ale with a nice hopping, but a tad on the thin side. Nice beer though.

Putting down some old ratings of stuff that appears gone, On tap at the brewpub several times. Probably the lightest (I)PA ive had from 3Floyds. Still has lots of citrius and some pine hops in there, but less of it with a lighter body. Still tasty and refreshing. Sort of reminds me of what Zombie Dust light would taste like.

Had a very different hop profile, had some roasted grain notes as well. Taste was similar with a sweet caramel like and nut flavors. Very refreshing but quite a different brew.

Deep golden pour, white fluffy lingering head. Nose is very prominent citrus, pine, grapefruit, tangerine. Flavors are all hop forward...citrus and pine. Some decent caramel malt sweetness with some moderate bready notes. Makes a really good summer refresher after cutting the grass. Quite well done.

Huge head on top of a clear gold pour. Aroma of grain with a light mouth. Taste is full of grain and malted barley. Very easy drinking. Great lacing. Almost has a taste of corn nuts.

On tap at 3floyds in an imperial pint. Pours a clear yellow orange with a perfect inch thick white head and great lacing. Aroma is fresh cut grass, orange, pine, and toffee. Flavor is grapefruit, orange, tangerine, grain, and caramel. Medium mouthfeel and a bit sticky. Different than the typical 3floyds pale and really good.
