This beer is good, but it's not a great beer. It's not too hoppy. It's a darker pale ale and it's not as smooth as some other pale ales. Slight citrus hops.

Tap at the map room, Chicago. Pours deep copper color off white head. Aroma is orange, citrus, pine, caramel malt body. Flavor is really simple. It’s very balanced but it’s also very malt forward. I’m surprised. I guess I expected a beer more like pseudo sue. It’s good. But it’s just a really balanced APA. Iznogud (3808) - CROATIA - SEP 6, 2016
