22 ounce bottle into signature teku glass, bottled on 6/15/2017. Pours slightly hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, papaya, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, lightly toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.6%. Overall this is an incredible DIPA! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced bitter/drying finish. Very vibrant, juicy, and lightly dank hops; great malt balance, without being overly sweet or heavy feeling. Feels like a slightly sweeter Dreadnaught. Very similar on hop profile and bitterness. A highly enjoyable offering. Ahuth (610) - Illinois, USA - JUN 24, 2017
Bottle. Pours dark amber. Sweet aroma and citrus. The palate is full body. There is a sweet lactose taste. Then a citrus taste. Good. Nsanders (1150) - St Paul, Minnesota, USA - JUN 21, 2017
Tap at 3 Floyd’s. Golden with spotty white lacing. Pineapple, bubblegum, resin, powdered sugar and oatmeal. Fairly sweet with a strong fruity bitter taste. Heavy body with a film feel. Hopmaestro (1673) - Örebro, SWEDEN - DEC 12, 2016
Aroma is full of all those tropical notes you long for, grapefruit, mango, peach with some resin. Taste is on the sweeter side with a resiny and light herbal touch. Fruits once again, such as apricots and sweet peaches. There’s a smooth and slick mouthfeel, which I only can guess is from the lactose. Jammy, fruity and lactose smooth. Great stuff! weihenweizen (3890) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - NOV 10, 2016

Bomber from Hot Rod. Milk Suger is definitely a unique approach. Creates a complex beer. luttonm (6486) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 28, 2016
Bottle in Seattle. Thanks Pruf! Creamy foam, creamy orange body. Big worty sweet grain aroma. Firm heavy IPA body with a twist of lacto smack in the middle. A bit of a honey note, but generally feels to me like it accentuates a character in some strong ipas of creamy, bitter grain. Tasty but I’m not sold on the style. Creamy string bitter finish with some hot alc notes.
