Another high-test IPA that sat in my fridge for about two years. At least it stayed in my fridge, and seems not the worse for wear. Smell is mostly hops, but in the grapefruit and papaya mode. Light golden body, almost like a Bud until tI see the reddish highlights around the edges. Big, bold Imperial ale taste. Hops keep it very bitter, but still can’t disguise the extra sweetness on top of a big alcohol payload (and this was listed in RB as 9.5% abv when I got this). Geez, I think the last 3F’s bomber I had all to myself was a Dark Lord. This is equal in comparison as a different style/ Lighter in taste, I’d say, than a Hopslam, but still kind of thick and syrupy, leaving a coating along with the lace on the side of my IPA tulip. Holds up great when stored cool!
Grapefruit, orange, honey, grass nose. Opaque amber, medium head, good lace. Apricot, grapefruit, honey. Full body, soft carbonation, warm. Big sweet malt bill, big fruity hops. East coast DIPA, very good. commonmac (1370) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 31, 2017
22oz bomber purchased at the brewery in Indiana and shared for Halloween with blonderedhead. Beautiful appearance. Deep golden orange with an assertive white head. Aroma is a pleasant sweet fruit and honey with caramel undertones. Taste is rich and predominantly sweet at the onset with a finish that finally lets the hops breathe. Bitterness definitely not overpowering but lingers at the end. Some tropical fruit. Alcohol presence is felt throughout. Hard to find fault. Great beer for the end of the bovine world. Very good. Near clear golden pour with white head. Aroma is overripe sweet fruit. Taste is grapefruit, light caramel and bitter hops. Good stuff. beeratarian (242) - cleveland, Ohio, USA - SEP 12, 2017
Pouts slightly hazy gold with thick tight head. Aroma is fruity with some dank hops and caramel malt. Flavor is pineapple some pine and creamy malt. Lots of booze and smoothness that makes it not a top shelf hop beast...but still pretty good. DrunkSanta410 (989) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - AUG 19, 2017
Orange pour with white head. Citrus, biscuity malts, honey and moderately bitter. Smooth for high ABV.

Bottle was given to me from my brother in law. Pours a clear golden, copper, white head dies leaving sheets of lace. Nose is sweet floral citrus hops, good caramel background. Tastes sweet, grapefruit hop bitterness. Quite sweet. I like it. screigh (773) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 5, 2017
Pours a slight hazy with about quarter inch white creamy head. Head disappears but leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet but crisp aroma. Sweet up front and a lingering pithy bitterness phranq (250) - - AUG 1, 2017
Awesome! Tropical fruit and pineapple in the nose and tatse. Gives way to a thick bittersweet finish. MaBeer1972 (2208) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JUL 25, 2017
Bomber from the brewpub shop. Poured into a snifter. A cloudy deep orange color with a frothy white head. Lots of lacing on the glass. Lots of juicy citrus and pine. Creamy mouthfeel. Very well balanced and smooth. Nice finish. I suppose I need to go back to Indiana again.
