Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, malty, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle shared at Craft. Opaque black brown beer. Big pale tan head. Smooth palate, a little dry. Mild carbonation. Mellow but rich dark malt with mellow coffee and chocolate cake. Mild aniseed and subtle fruits.

Nose holds some strong booze, roasty malts, dark fruits, chocolate. Huge sweet flavor, lots of sugary chocolate, light roast, some ripe dark fruits, raisins. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Super sweet finish, chocolate cake, moderate roast, light earth, major dark chocolate. Sweet, and it’s an absolute sipper. Nice.
