Bottle shared amongst friends. I’m gonna give this one a perfect score because frankly I can’t remember the last time I had a straight up IS that tasted this good. Not sure how much of each beer was blended together but it works perfectly! maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - APR 20, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 1, 2013 Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours jet black with a small dark tan head leaving sticky lacing clinging to the glass once the head dies down. Nose is an amazing balance of sweetness and mocha tones. Lots of booze and intensity mix well with notes of creme brulee, vanilla, coffee, dark cocoa and a touch of smoke. Nose is unbelievably appealing. The sweetness adds the slightest note of smooth vanilla ice cream and it works so well. The taste doesn’t have as much sweetness, instead focuses on heavy cocoa and coffee tones. Thick mocha like with a touch of vanilla and smoke. Finishes quite boozy which is to be expected at almost 14%. Very big and intense brew but with a good amount of drinkability for something so big. Full, heavy mouth feel which flows well from the sweetness and soft, prickly carbonation. I try not to buy into the hype over beers but I really think this is one of the best beers I’ve ever had. 22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan / light brown head. Aroma is very complex with dark chocolate cake, light roast, chocolate liqueur, caramel and light licorice - oh man is this rich. Flavour does not disappoint, bringing out the best of all 4 blended beers, with deep roasted malt, dark chocolate, some liqueur and caramel. Amazingly complex, rich, deeply layered, with the perfect amount of sweetness, balanced beautifully by the roasted notes and some noticeable hop character. Pretty much no burn from the near-14% ABV. Absolutely gorgeous. This is seriously one of the best impies I’ve ever tried. drpimento (3630) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 16, 2013
If God gave blowjobs...This beer would be the money shot!!! No golden showers here...only for purests! If you’ve seen the movie...you know the ending. A man in a dress with a baby holding a dead body on a beach. Crushers welcome...look for me on Grinder/Boy Ahoy.

Aromas of milk chocolate, cocoa, vanilla sweetness, chocolate fudge and a slight espresso smell. Taste is powdered chocolate, roasted malts, cocoa and mocha dominated. Bottle, huge thnx to Kraddel for sharing this @ Rampkrot tasting. Awesome looking bottle, yellow wax all over it. I was kinda sceptic about this to be honest, it’s hard to be objective about a whale this big. Once I started scribbling notes about this, I kept writing down that this was one amazing beer. A blend of 4 awesome brews, blended by one of the best brewers around.. wow. It pours a pitch black, syrupy beer with a small amount of tanned head on top. Aroma is of oak, molasses and licorice with hints of vanilla. Taste is simply amazing, you can define some of the characteristics of the ingredient beers. All well balanced and blended in a perfect form. Incredibly smooth drinking, nice balance between bitter and sweet, without getting to boozy. This is one of my best beers ever. Finally drinking my bottle, now 4 and a half years old. Served in a tulip. The beer pours an oil slick black with a still thick mocha head that leaves great lacing as it shrinks to cover the top. Aroma is cocoa, coffee, soy sauce, wood, bourbon, and anise. Flavor is loaded with bitter chocolate, cocoa, coffee, bourbon, oak, black licorice, soy sauce, and vanilla. Thick, lingering, and still boozy. Outstanding blend of stouts. World class. faroeviking (10911) - FAROE ISLANDS - OCT 30, 2012

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2013 Bottle picked up at Dark Lord Day 2012. Cracked this puppy open for New Years Eve 2012, to celebrate two groups of friends engagements. Midnight black, motor oil, very oily on the top tan/ khaki head. All lacing just drops to the bottom. Smells super sweet, caramel, vanilla, beautiful roasted malts. Tastes like coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, caramel, toffee. So incredibly complex. I may actually like this better than fresh Darklord. Fantastic dessert stout.
