Bottled (thanks jjpm74!). Amber colour, medium beige head. Aroma is caramel, alcohol, some fruity hops and also mild burnt sugar. Flavour is hoppy, grassy, quite sticky. Toffee and some some alcohol. Mild nutyness as well. Travlr (25771) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 10, 2008
OK, does it count if I’ve only tasted this as part of a recipe? Birreria Paradiso in Georgetown made a caramel sauce for an ice cream Sunday out of this beer, and paired it with a Moloko Stout during a Three Floyd’s tasting given by two f the brewers. Great combo, and delicious sauce. Thumbs up for beer-food pairings, and the use of beer in recipes. cgarvieuk (25705) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 29, 2008

Clear red, small head. Very roasty hop aroma. Sweet and resiny. Softly malty, but still feels light, despite it's gravity. Flowery and citrusy. Syrupy bitter finish.
5th May 2008. A well balanced beer. Smooth and silky with a wack of malt witha druity undertone. Then floral hops that are dry and fruity but not overly bitter. A real mouthfull.
