Well, was worried it might be infected with all the posts about it being so. My bottle seemed fine. Maybe a hint of sourness, but I might have been picking up on that due to thinking it would be there.
The beer itself is only ok. Sweet smooth taste. Some bourbon notes. Totally not worth $35 a bottle. This beer should easily only cost $10. Yes it was good, but not that good. Art (3217) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 12, 2015
Shared thanks to beerman6686. Pours a dark brown, thin tan head. Aromas of bourbon and sour apple. Slight roasty taste with a sour twang. Infected.

If you have this, drink it now, already going downhill due to infection
Poured a darker cola brown with a beige head. Aroma was of.Bourbon, milk chocolate and light green apples. Flavor was similar, nice Bourbon stout upfront, but unfortunately a semi tart green apple finish. $30 SMD. Dfonorow (2216) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 16, 2014
