Enjoyed on tap at 3 Floyds Brewpub in Munster, IN with some good friends, they ran out of Spazzerak but this was a nice surprise which they had tapped after the aforementioned brew ran out. Appearance pitch black, medium body, little head thats dark tan, rims around glass. Aroma of bourbon, lactose, peppermint, very nice. Taste is really freaking good. Smooth and creamy, boubon is prevalent but not prominent, roasted malt and peppermint notes. Outstanding. allesmetkaas (170) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 16, 2013

Enjoyed at GTMW 2012. Poured a dark brown with a cream head. Very smooth and creamy on the tongue with a deep bourbon flavor. The whiskey flavor has a slow burn as it fades through the finish. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 12, 2012
On tap at GTMW as "Molok-old". Poured deep brown with a creamy dark brown head. The aroma picked up sweet chocolate and Port wine, with oak and smoke when you dig deeper.. decadent. The flavor found a lot of tart barrel and Port throughout, with sweet, blended chocolates (with a decent milky impression) at the core.. finished warm and satisfying. Heavy-bodied with moderate carbonation on the palate.. good feel and flow.. this was mighty good! Plovmand (8266) - Helsinge, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2013
Tap. Pours jet black with a creamy brown head. The aroma is bourbon, roast, spices and sweet malt. The flavor is sweet roasted malt and bourbon with notes of dark fruits and spices. Coffee.

On-tap @ FFF.
A - Pours black with a small tan head. Not much lacing left behind at all. A small ring of head hangs onto the glass.
S - Bourbon, dark fruit, cream, slightly sweet chocolate
T - Creamy, slightly sweet, dark fruits. A really nice blend of creamy and fruity sweetness. The bourbon is a nice touch but in no way overpowers the rest of flavors at all.
M - Medium bodied and really full in flavor. Really covers the palate well.
D. very easy to drink for the barrel aging and style. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - AUG 8, 2009
On tap at the three floyds brew pub. Black pour with ruddy tan head. Aroma of bourbon, classic three floyds hops, some chocolate. Flavor is a smooth delicious chocolate and bourbon treat. Really, this is the smoothest bourbon barrel beer i’ve ever had. Nice mouthfeel, dangerously easy to drink. Great beer after a day of work. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - AUG 21, 2009
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a black body with a finger-width, brown, creamy head that dissipates slowly and leaves lots of creamy lacing. Aroma is rich chocolate, wood, vanilla, and bourbon with a light roast still remaining. Flavor is rich with a real nice balancing woody bourbon. Maintains the sweet marshmallow, fluffy chocolate taste like the original which I loved so much. As this warms, it stays sweet while the bourbon wood does a real nice job keeping the milky sweetness in check. A light vanilla and roast accompany the rest of the flavors to create a very tasty balanced blend of everything. Milky chocolate, light flowery, even bourbon aftertaste that lasts for a long time. Finishes dry and medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Overall, damn impressive with lots of depth to it. I really liked the original, but this one may take the cake because of the wonderful balance. HoppyAlesToYou (167) - Saint John, Indiana, USA - OCT 2, 2010
Presumably the 2009 Moloko aged in bourbon barrels, it arrived with a minimal head of loose bubbles that quickly faded. Hints of vanilla and cocoa entice a sip through the oaky bourbon, and reward with a finely balanced ale. Not dominated by the bourbon, it is like a vanilla version of KBS. Do not pass up an opportunity to try it.

On tap at the brewery. Wow. I really enjoyed this milk stout aged in bourbon. Very drinkable and smooth. I wouldn’t expect anything less from three floyds
