4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured a golden clear color with 1/2 finger of head, disipating quickly. Aroma was of grapefruit and a hint of pineapple. Taste was sweet at first and finished with a nice strong piny hop, pefect for this IPA. Mouthfeel was medium with high carbonation.
Bottle. Hazy orange body, thick puffy off-white head. Nose of bubblegum, tropical fruit, and citrus. Complex body with tangerine, tropical fruit, citrus, melon, and leafy bitterness. Yum. oberschlesier (237) - Kattowitz, UPPER SILESIA, - JAN 12, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 13, 2018 Aroma: floral notes, clearly detectable fresh hops, nice and balanced caramel notes, then citrus notes (tangerine), conifers, well balanced.
Taste: conifer and caramel domination. Average to high bitterness, in aftertaste too.
Average carbonation, very nice head with lacing. Color is orange, hazy. UPDATE: Generally, during drinking caramel was more and more detectable. Itzjerm (3237) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - DEC 20, 2017
Rating 666 of this beer? Maybe I shouldn't rate it? Typical three Floyd citrus balanced with lots of pine dank with solid malt backbone. Nose is all these things but fades. Flavor is same and builds with a bit of soapiness. Thick chewy full bodied lots of flavor for fresh hop beer.

It's not normal harvest ale. Dark golden color - just passed fresh hop season but this was overly malty and old - definitely not expected from the makers of world class IIPAs and pales. Earth, toffee, some pine and citrus peel. Not a huge fan.

On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and shaker served showing a clear, golden hue, with a fluffy layer of soft white froth, and wavy spray as lacing. The nose started slightly dank & resinous, then expressive fruity pit variety & citrusy perfume, with a bit of tropical scent, and some mellowing malt. Medium bodied, with good carbonation, the taste was similar notes, adding decent citrusy & rind-like bitterness. Clean and smooth to the bottom of the glass. A well made IPA, but nothing 3F extraordinary. Block (3222) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - NOV 12, 2017
Backlog entry. Good flavors, close to style, as expected without too many surprises. LinusStick (3537) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 24, 2017
Nice wet hop beer. Aroma was fresh hops. Grassy and green with notes of grapefruit rind. Pour was a nice hazy medium gold with a thin white film for a head. Taste was bitter, hoppy and delicious. One of the few wet hop beers that I’ve had that you can actually tell it’s wet hopped. Nice green and bitter hoppiness with all the grapefruit rind and grassiness from the aroma. A hint of light malt for good measure but thankfully, not enough to balance the beer out. Very hop forward and delicious. Medium carbonation and strong wet bitter finish. andrewje41 (4647) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - OCT 11, 2017
22 oz bottle poured. Fresh Hop month continues, and in quite the fine style. Much thanks to Tcon (and Jon) for the share! Bottle date smudged off, unfortunately. Adds some mystery. Didn't think I'd ever enjoy a fresh hop 3F anywhere but the source. Mostly clean golden orange pour. A piney first, orange and citrus second, flavor profile. Cool, resinous hops. Delicious. Refreshing IPA. Standout, lingering hop presence. Memorable IPA for sure. tcon25 (1025) - Duvall, Washington, USA - OCT 11, 2017
