Fresh 2013 BrooDoo. Poors out a golden color with sticky head. Smells like fresh fruits, peach, melon, pine and some bubblegum. Tastes more of the same more grapefruit and some candied sugars. Mouthfeel is rich. Overall a mind blowing beer and leave it to Three Floyd's to do it flawlessly!

Bomber. Pours a light orange with small white head and good lacing. Sweet citrus aroma. Full palate and balanced finish make this a great brew.

Beautiful beer all the way around. Nice strong aroma hits you right away and a perfect balance between the malt and the hops. bwa5879 (949) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - NOV 6, 2013
Solid orange pour of medium clarity, inch or two of offwhite head, great lacing. Juicy and bitter in the nose, citrus and floral hops smell, pineapple, sticky honey/pollen that’s characteristic of 3F’s beers. Pert, lively carbonation, mouthfeel that’s juicy like orange juice, very clean finish leaving the tongue tingly. Very balanced somewhat juicy flavor, lot of juicy citrus hops, orange and tangerines, and some pine hops too, slightly astringent malts, buscuity and rye. This is a heavenly beer, second harvest ale in my eyes behind Founder’s. rumproasts (5478) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - OCT 21, 2014
Tap. Deep golden with one finger head. Sweet and fruity. Medium hops with very light bitterness. Awesome.

Shared bottle at Craft. Poured hazy straw with off-white head. Nose was resiny hops, pine, grapefruit, pineapple. Rich, complex flavor, a lot dancing around on the tongue, great hop bitterness coupled with tropical citrus. Outstanding. MHED (114) - lisle, USA - MAR 31, 2006
AMber/orange in color with a small creamy white head. The aroma is HUGE! citrus grapefruit, pineapple orange peach and pear come through. I smelled this beer for a good 5 minutes before the first sip. While it started out hoppy with the same flvors as aromas, it was not overly bitter. A nice carmelly and malty flavor helps to balance the hoppiness. With all the attention Dreadnaught gets, BrooDoo will give it a run for its money. Another great beer brewed by the Floyds. BCAR (223) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - SEP 9, 2006
Phenomenal effort! Deep rich amber in color. Huge floral/grapefruit nose. Rich malty flavor. Much smoother than Dreadnaught, but similar hop profile. Easy drinking. A real treat. Finish is smooth and slightly bitter. JLAudio (282) - Crestwood, Illinois, USA - NOV 3, 2007
UPDATED: NOV 4, 2007 On tap at FFF brewpub. This was just tapped, as it wasn’t even on the beerlist yet. It was amazingly strong, both in flavor and aroma. It had a great "striking" feature to it, where it punched your palate hard and fast, but then lingered on softly afterwards. Full of bright citrus; grapefruit and orange zest, and had a wonderful complexity and balance. Bought a 22 ouncer afterwards for later that day.
Bomber: Just had the bomber, and it was even better than I remember at the brewpub on tap. It had intense fresh hop aromas, that I love, which had a "green" element to it...like in most traditional harvest ales. It was so deliciously strong with amazing flavor, intensity, complexity, and bitterness. What a great beer. One of the best ales FFF has. I wish it was more available. Intense hop aroma and flavor that almost tingled the nose and mouth. Not hop bitter but flavor and aroma hops kill! INtense citrus and light pine flavors dominate with a dry to semi sweet malt sweetness that is just right. On tap the beer has more to of the hop mouth zest but the but the bottle is almost equal in hop intesity. A bit a a metallic aftertaste that kept this one from scoring higher.
