Draft at FFF. Amber-brown, big off-white head. Slightly sweet and pungent, dark brown malt tones. medium bodied, odd peppery yeast tones. Sweet, almost beet-like undertones. Pleasant, slightly sweet/sour. Unqiue, style free. holdenn (2116) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 14, 2011
On tap at the Rockinghorse, my solid neighborhood bar. Amber brown color with a thin head. Malty catty aroma. Lots if grapefruit and citrus flavor. Sweet citrussy and tasty. The malts aren’t great ofer time. But good overall a good amount of hops. 7/3/8/4/15

On tap at the Three Floyd’s brewpub on 3/13/11.
Aroma:Kind of weak aroma, a little malt, a little hops. It smells like a single hop was used in this beer, perhaps northern brewer or kent goldings.
Appearance:Light brown in color, very little head.
Taste:Lots of hop flavor on the foretaste, and just a hint of peach or apricot. The aftertaste is nutty and malty. The aftertaste is reminiscent of marris otter. There is a dry finish, as well.
Palate:Light body, with just a little hop astringency.
Overall:This one is kind of mysterious, with a smooth mouthfeel like a lager, and flavors like an ale. This is a complex, interesting beer.

This was a good refreshing yet hoppy summer beer with hints of pine, citrus, hops and very light.CHEERS! bdigital (658) - Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 30, 2011
Draft at Trion....pours a clear amber with a small white head. The main thing that hits on the nose is the intense pine and grass characteristics...some touches of sweet bread are apparent but not at the forefront. Biting pine and herbal notes on the palate along with just enough of a malt backbone to help even it out a bit.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2014 Tap at 3 Floyd’s. Typical 3 floyds hoppy goodness. Definitely a quaffer. Full of light citrus and piney hops. Great sessionable brew patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 24, 2011
draft at Trion - Pours amber with a small head. The aroma is mainly of pine accented hops. The flavor is very bitter for an ambe with crisp, pine like hops flavors. It’s medium bodied and overall a solid effort. NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 19, 2011
Draft at Marias pours a deep amber with a sticky head. Nose is Three Floyds hopping blend of goodness. Citrus and pine. Some Munich notes in the nose. On taste, virtually no caramalt character. Hops are firm and assertive. I think this beer may be the floyds take on a hoppy Vienna based on the profile. Fantastic beer, though. Awesome, neat, refreshing beer. Bright, crisp clean grassy, herbal, citrus dusted. Hint of doughy mild ale character. Great session beer. Chugged the whole thing before I knew it. Great beer. kassner (1659) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 17, 2011
On tap at the brewery. Dark amber color with a very nice head and some lacing, just a hint of smoke, and a bit too much carbonation. A little thin.
