Kind of upset that this brew gets very little love. I couldn’t get enough of it when it was out, and i consider myself to be a advanced three floyd’s imbiber. Nice dark amber color with slight red hue. Decent off white foamy head. Huge floral aroma. Slight bitterness but it pops a little in a good way. Finish is, well, flowers. Sounds weird, but I really hope they brew this gem again. EddieG (169) - Palos Heights, Illinois, USA - MAR 28, 2009
Another solid APA. Aroma is standout citrus and pineapple with a good helping of grapefruit and spruce at the back of the throat. Slight warming as it made its way down the gullet. A biscuity note and pronounced bitterness in the finish. A bit dry. adrian910ss (2590) - Doylestown, PA, USA - JAN 19, 2010
On draft at DLD 2009. Pours a cloudy caramel orange with a medium off white head. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and pine. Taste of floral hops, citrus and pine. thetomG (246) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 16, 2010
Pours a nice light amber color with a small amount of head that lingers just a bit.
Aroma is fairly mild - slightly sweet & hoppy. Flavor is more complex with some hops and a sort of light spicy/peppery note coming through - very interesting and somewhat unique.
Nicely carbonated and very drinkable. A very solid beer. flatmatt (1604) - Northville, Michigan, USA - JUN 17, 2010
On tap. Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is bright citrus hops with hints of pine. Flavor has fresh grapefruit hops, pine resin, very bitter. An excellent pale ale. Great job!

simple mild hopped aroma. Rusty brown color. Restrained earthy roasted caramel flavors - not so strong that you would mistake this beer for anything stronger or more overpowering than what it is. Very clean and balanced finish which I find rare for this type. Hope they expand production. wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 21, 2010
Tasted on draft at Local Option. Pours clear light amber with a thick white head that leaves a nice lace collar. The nose is malty with light hops and some apricot and a hint of raspberry. The flavor is a beautiful blend of caramel malt, hops, and apricot fruitiness. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long fruity finish.

tap at maproom (not a recent rating)... pours a hazy yellow pour with a one finger frothy white head... floral and citrus hops, clean and fresh... sharp citrusy hops, well carbonated with a mild bitterness. very drinkable and refreshing. BBB63 (6557) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - JUN 13, 2009
Tap at 2009 DLD: Slightly hazy light coppery hue with a frothy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and herbal hops, some pine. grapefruit and mango, biscuit and caramel malts, touch of pepper. The taste follows suit with a moderate hop forward character and balanced malt overtones. Some fruity acidity and hop spice but not in your face either. The mouth feel is sprite and refreshing, slight astringency upon the finish. A good example of an APA. bdigital (658) - Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 29, 2009
Draft @ DLD 09: Pour was a light copper with a medium-sized white head. Nose was pineapple, spruce and light caramel malt. Medium bodied...very dry. Flavor was dead-on with the nose with an emphatic dry, piney finish. Decent stuff.
