Growler. Light yellow hazy pour. Looks like pear juice. Aroma and taste of clove, citrus, and banana. Wonderful. Daytonbeer (730) - Ohio, USA - OCT 20, 2011
Pours a cloudy yellowish orange. Aroma of orange and yeast. Taste is banana and citrus with acid on the palate. Not bad. jaymobrown (1845) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 17, 2011
Light and crispy. Lots of great fruit flavors in the nose. Some crispy and wheat flavors. A bit of hops in there. Decent. iowaherkeye (2703) - Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, USA - OCT 4, 2011
Phone rate. $6 draught. Cloudy bright gold with 2 1/2 finger white, hood retention. Mod to high banana, mod spicy clove, wheat backend, as expected. Flavor still dominates with banana , wheat following with a little less clove behind. A tad sweet, but maybe it’s the bananas. Semi-dry, bitterness minimal. Mod prickly carbonation with a medium body. Craftsman still makes the best US made German hefe, IMO, as I like the wheat and clove more than the banana. This would be 2 or 3 on my list, however. chibuck (3513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 29, 2011
draft... murky dark honey gold, nice off white head, great lacing... sweet nose, candy with banana, a bit of a light skunk finish... tastes much more bitter than I thought it would, its ok, nothing special

Bar, Copenhagen. Hazy yellow colour with a fairly small white head. Some yeast and citrus in the nose. Lively carbonation. Quite a big hit of sourness in the flavour. A strange and frankly not the greatest interpretation of the style, which seemed to miss out on many of the key traits inherent to Hefeweizens.
Draught. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and not very fruity aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Slightly sour. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. RasmusOtt (2849) - Aarhus, DENMARK - FEB 5, 2011
UPDATED: JUN 19, 2014 @ Tap at Mikkeller Bar. - Pours hazy dark yellow. Aroma of tropical fruits, sour yeast and a bit tartness. Taste is sour and fresh with citrus, green apples, grapes and maybe some vinegar. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 5, 2011
On tap. Pours an opaque golden with hardly any head. Dry, citrusy nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry citrusy notes - quite tart actually. Not that many banana or yeast accents. Very mediocre, yet still more authentic than most American attempts at a Hefe. 230111 saxo (19349) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2011
Tap @ Mikkeller bar. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, yeast, citrus, banana, malt and hops.
