Tulip at FFF. Poured a hazy yellow-amber with a towering foam head which left behind lovely Belgian lacing. Aroma was bright hops and bread dough. Taste exhibited the typical spiciness for the style, but with a stronger citrus hop bite. Seemed a little undercarbonated, but otherwise a very nice effort. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAY 20, 2009

On tap at 3F. Poured a clear medium golden with 3/4" of medium-density white head. Dusty, banana-ey yeast hits the nose first.. drier caramel, white pepper, and cloves shortly after.. almost a saison-ey presence to it. White peppery spices were very heavy in the flavor department... the dusty Chouffe yeast was prominent too.. banana and sweet caramel deep down.. left a spicy, light-fruity finish. Bit too heavy on the spicage.. medium-bodied with moderate (ideal) carbonation. envane (570) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 23, 2007
Draft. Clear golden colour. Very very dry with citrusy hops. No Belgian character that I could find. Its a good dry IPA, but fails as a Belgian. OhioDad (2492) - Hilliard, Ohio, USA - APR 29, 2007
