On tap at Brewpub 5/31/13 -- At first glance the beer’s cloudy murkiness really hits you. It is so opaque it literally looks chewy. The sharp tart aroma is followed by a slightly acidic/sour bite reminiscent of mild grapefruit with slightly sweet overtones. Slightly on the dry side with no cloying sweetness as found in some wits. Mouthfeel is consistent with look: substantial with effervescent carbonation. The beers maintains a sturdy thin head throughout.
Very well executed
I just got into town and had on the 24th of July and my first stop was FFF. I had this on tap at the brewpub, it poured a orange to darkish red color with a nice white head. This is not my favorite style but still had to try with a spicy lemon flavor and a nice floral nose overall not bad but not one of my favorite FFF.CHEERS! Draft on tap at the brewpub (Munster, IN). Decided to stop in the night before a trip to the Northwoods. Pours a well hazed orange hue, a bit darker and dulled in the middle with some healthier fiery glow as we move out to the edges and bottom. A frothy white head atop stays as a firm layer, soapy and lacing pretty well as a smaller film later on. Aromas offer a decent fruity feel, firm orange, rind and fruit, press on with some zippy citrus, gentle flaked wheat and bready malt, touch of dough, dry straw. Subtle spicy element is a bit mellow, allows the oranges to stand up and lead. Initial is big on citrus, rind and fruit, a bit tart hits the palate. Some dryness, mellow body hit as well. A bit bready, grainy, that citrus element, oily rind and zest hit. Middle is a bit bready, a touch of body, a firm citrusy presence sustains. Gentle sweetness tapers out, a touch more dry as we enter the backend. Gentle spiciness, faint coriander. I really think the citrus stands up and overruns here. Not that that is bad, it’s tasty, zippy, and citrus driven. The last thing I’d want is a coriander bomb. As it is, it’s a bit of a one note beer.. even if that note is quite nice. Tasty. Pretty nice beer. Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - JUL 25, 2013
On tap at the brewpub : Pour is murky medium golden into this glass, revealing a modest off white head here that retains on the average side and has little lacing initial, which eventually dissipates. This one comes across as fairly traditional, revealing a light spicing, bread, lemon grass on the nose; the flavor profile provides a yeasty, spicy, lemon and grassy / floral hop presence with little to no true revealing of blood oranges by my estimation (the group agreed with this notion) - It wasn’t served in the proper glass for the style, and while I thought that this was one of the better traditional feeling (minus the blood oranges) belgians ive had from FFF, I was hoping and praying for more orange presence that never showed up. drfabulous (8104) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 22, 2013

Sludgy dark orange. Large head, reducing, some lasting with lace. Medium sweet. Orange, wheat, yeast. Little zip. "Belgian-y". Very tasty and refreshing - gone before you know it.

Tap. Hazy orange pour, sticky lacing and a citrus nose. Flavor is definite bitter orange, wheat and a little bubblegum. Really damn nice, would drink the hell out of this during the summer months. Westchesterco (2061) - mclean, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2013
At the brew pub Apperence lousy orange with slight white head aroma of citrus and banana flavors lovely taste of orange and remains refreshingly on the palate Iphonephan (7028) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2013

on tap @ brewpub. sweet, belgian, cloudy, nice and cold. they gave someone else in our group a special bottle to take home because they liked how we keep riding down. that was cool. pablo951 (676) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 21, 2013
Had it on tap at 3Floyds brewery. Poured a hazy orange hue with an aroma that smelled like a Weiss crashed into a pilsner. The taste is a true Belgian with an infusion of citrus.
