tap at the brewpub....brother to romulus...aroma: grassy hop nose that took centerstage with little hints of cintrus hops. kind of earthy....appearance: very much similar to his sibling with a golden boddy and apple-cider like look.....taste: pretty grassy with a malty finish. something didn’t totally click with me on this one. i preferred romulus just a tad bit more. Interesting. In myth, Romulus snuffed bro’ Remus to become first king of Rome. Here, Remus: Bravo slams Romulus: Apollo easily. It has a golden body with a decent enough head. The aroma has a light citrus/grassy bitterness balanced with a pale malt sweetness. Same with the flavor, the malt coming through first.
