Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Nose is piney and citrusy hops and a slight metallic twinge. Taste is more focused on the citrusy hops with a hint of more English style hops. Rye isn't as prominent as I hoped but still very tasty. Palate is perfect. Soft and full. Nice beer.

Another gem. 24-karat pour with hints of crimson, scarlet, and tangerine topped with an ivory foam. Candied orange, mango, papaya and guava accompanied honey-baked biscuit and spicy black pepper. Think of citrus jam spread generously across toasted marbled-rye bread. Tasty...the breakfast of champions! Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - MAR 13, 2013
22 oz bomber. Poured hazy golden color. Aroma is sweet biscuit and citrus. Taste of sweet malts, citrus/orange. Way too sweet for my liking. Had trouble getting through the whole 22 oz. Hophaze (192) - South Bend, Indiana, USA - MAR 13, 2013
Bomber. Pours a gorgeous orange with beautiful head and lacing. Aroma of citrus and rye. Taste is amazingly balanced. Hop driven obviously but malt balanced

Bottle sample at the beer vs. wine tasting at Aficionado’s on 2/23/13. Pours a clear, yet chunky gold to amber color with a thin off-white head. Malty sweet nose with notes of spicy rye and hop. Malty flavor with spicy rye character and oniony hops in the finish.

Bomber at Sergio’s World beers. This is not as hoppy as I would expect from FFF, but not to say it’s not hoppy. There is hugely assertive rye in the aroma with accents of citrusy hops. Palate is fairly sticky with spicy rye and an even wash of hops. I can’t believe the restraint of bitterness, relatively speaking. Mittenator (1612) - Michigan, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Bomber. Golden orange with sediment throughout. Citrus and slight hops. Big rye, citrus and pith. Yum. adrian910ss (2591) - Doylestown, PA, USA - MAR 8, 2013

Pours hazy orange, lage bubbled head. Nose is citrus, resins, grapefruit spice, caramel malts, bread, and toast. Flavor is caramels, toasted malts, spicy hops, citrus, piney resins, and dank hops. Medium high carbonation for the style. Sweet yet moderately bitter throughout. Chuckaduck (674) - Highland Heights, Kentucky, USA - MAR 5, 2013
3/1/2013. Honored to have had this. Pours orange-green with a fluffy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon peel, resin, spicy. Taste is spicy, bread, rye (yes!), earth, wood, pineapple. Finish is long and bitter. Great lacing. Chewy mouth feel, This was excellent. Another great ale from one of the greatest breweries there is.
