Bottle. Hazy orange pour with medium off white head accompanied by nice lacing patterns. Aromas and flavor are super juiced out yo. Notes of dank pine, grapefruit, tropical citrus, orange juice, rye, and caramel. Perfect amount of malt in this beast....the hops were able to be showcased but still had a balanced, creamy finish. Appearance: Pours an orange cloud.
Aroma: Aroma of rye, pine and citrus.
Taste: Nice amount of bitterness, rye, pine.
Palate:Medium light body, quick finish.
Summary: A really nice rye style DIPA. Might be co-favorite of mine with Hop Rod Rye.

Aroma: It has a sweet grapefruit nose, some peach, nice hops, some rye and spice too
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden-orange color with a small white head and drippy lace
Flavor: This one has a big citrus hop flavor with some nice sweetness too
Palate: This one has a nice, clean body, some average carbonation, and a dry finish
I thought this was some really good stuff. I can’t say too much more about it beyond that. This is a great beer.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a huge white head that last all the way through. I got a strong scent of citrus, but got a little bit of caramel and bread. Heavy bitterness, as expected, but there is this big sweetness on the front that came as a surprise, as I didn’t get on the nose. A full bodied beer, but smooth enough to drink at a reasonable pase. I enjoy the use of rye in an IPA, and have had many a beer with rye, and this is my favorite one of those beers. BeerSquare (117) - - JAN 14, 2013
This one is really interesting, and not at all what you’d expect if you’re looking for a "rye-PA".
FIrst of all, there is this sweet, light, delicate melon taste that holds and then disappears into an increasing bitter aftertaste. Really interesting juicy, floral hop flavors that are not at all roasty or thick, as you’d expect from the rye.
The first one of these I drank I decided I needed a second one till I could write about it, so now I"m saying I’ll need a third till I can write about it well.

Delicious brew(thanks jlanning215) citrus piney all around great. Lots of lacing, pour is a gold hue with surrounding sedement. Taste was off the charts happiness. Not too much of an alcohol taste at all. Great brew.

Bottle. Gold pour, white head, good retention/some lace. Aroma is spicy rye, floral/citrus hops, caramel. Taste is bitter, grapefruit/pine/floral hops, rye, cracker, caramel. Palate is dry, soft, bitter finish. Another outstanding 3F DIPA.
