COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With the same grim determination and American innovation that President Jack Kennedy showed when propelling us to victory in the space race, we at Three Floyds bring you Space Station Middle Finger. Both bright and citrusy this pale ale deserves to be in orbit.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear deep orange. Smells of very bright tangerine hops. Tastes of tangerine also. Very bright citrus. Biscuit malt. Aggressive bitterness cuts a little bit of sweetness. Medium light. Very good.

From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper with a thick ecru head. Aroma of juicy citrus. Flavors of tropical fruit, citrus and hay. Moderately bitter and very approachable.

Amber, creamy white head 1/2 inch, moderate lacing. Piney, grassy, slight citrus (sour orange) and caramel -- the hops bite a bit and linger on the aftertaste. A bit dry. Very good, as are all Three Floyds, but not the best. Still, I would buy it and drink again....

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Mild blurry any deep golden in the glass with a really big frothy lasting any lacing off-white head. It has a soft caramel nose with tones of fruity rhubarb. A little grass touch as well. Not extreme in any way but nice. It’s somewhat mouth drying in their taste. Not bad at all, with a really quenchable flavor. Lots of nice hay, some leafs, grains. LONG LASTING tail. A hint of something sour in the aftertaste. Not very typical for the genre IMO. 02.05.2014

Not my favorite three floyds but a true pale ale. Has a nice bitter hop finish that some other pale ales are afraid to go with ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle 2 weeks old Pours slightly hazy deep orange hue with a small soapy white head and whispy lacing. Nose is big hops lots of tropical lite dankness, gooseberry, lite lemon cleaner. flavors are a bit lite very low bitterness maybe a bit from some lemon/lite tangerine notes, but mostly floral hop flavors here. has some very dry cracker malt profile that shows up near the finish. Much like zombie dust, I think its somewhat over-hyped. its well done, but I would much rather drink daisy cutter over this.
