Pours a clear, bright golden with a small white head. Aroma contains banana, orange, spices, lemon, and wheat. Flavor is heavy with fruit. It has more orange and melon, while still containing a lot of spicy notes. It is sweet, and has an alcohol taste in here as well. Full in body with a thick texture. The aftertaste is sweet, with orange and spice. Its ok.
bottle. golden with one finger head. medium body, bready and lightly sweet. belgian yeast adds some mild fruitiness. marmalade rindy notes. a little bit of warmth. screigh (765) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JUN 22, 2017
Pours a deep gold color. Almost no head at all. Mild spicy Belgian aroma. Typical Belgian flavor with some orange flavor in the finish. JPDIPSO (6286) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAY 29, 2017
Golden color with a Moderately sized, somewhat fluffy, light beige colored head. Fruit, spice and yeast in the nose, with some emphasis on clove, bananas, circus peanuts, mango, and a bit of brett. Sweet start, with some light fruit and leading to alcohol. Some clove and nutmeg. A bit more alcohol shows up than I would prefer. Candi and fortified wine notes. A nice return of malt in the linger. Still a bit too edgy. 4/13

Very slightly hazy dark gold to amber pour with a one finger, creamy to oily off white head. Aroma is bready, fruity, berry and bready yeast, light caramel, toast and bready malt and earthy and citrus hops. Flavor is floury bread dough, floral hops, citrus, sweet berries, a hint of candi sugar, light caramel and a bit of cooked carrot. Medium body, slightly syrupy, slightly chalky entry, medium, but blanketing and sharp carbonation and slick to dry finish. Really tasty stuff, fruity, bready and with just a hint of funk. hotstuff (5257) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAR 19, 2017
When served, this draft beer’s appearance consists of a small off-white mostly diminishing head, golden transparent body, no carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma offers yeast, citrus hops, fruity, earthy, sweet, spicy, and malt. The flavor presents light bitterness, yeast, citrus hops, fruity, earthy, sweet, moderately spicy and malt. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. This is an easy drinking beer with a short lived very light bitter aftertaste. All-in-all this is a decent beer for the style.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of light fruits, flora and Belgian yeast with light sweet grains backing. Flavor has lots of sweet grains and light fruits with flora and Belgian yeast. tmoreau (4631) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JAN 23, 2017
On tap at Chicago Beer Society’s 19th Annual Brewpub & Microbrewery Shootout, and dispensed to my fest glass showing a clear, golden hue, with a presentable layer of off white head foam that reduced to a persistent ring, and light lacing. The nose was fruitiness as citrus & pit fruit, some zest, soft grain, light sweetness, and subtle spice. Medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the taste was similar notes, with a citrus & rind-like bitterness, and alcohol influence that was noticeable, but somewhat hidden by the pleasant flavor complexities. jcr (2763) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - JUN 19, 2015
Bottle. Deep golden body. Off-white, frothy head, mostly lasting. Aroma of citrus, lemon, orange peel, toasted grain, bread, Belgian yeast. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Clean with citrus taste combined with light spiciness. A bit hot in the finish. madelfonatree (317) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 29, 2015
Look - Hazy. Bright copper. Head is thick and white. Lacing doesn’t stick around long.
Smell - Bread/biscuit. Belgian. A little spice to it.
Taste - Classic wheat/Belgian taste up front. Slight dank hop taste then finishes to spicy Belgian.
Feel - I like the feel of this compared to other wheats/Belgians. It is smooth. Not too carbonated. It finishes well.
Overall - I would rather have a Rich Life over this. Almost all of the classic Three Floyds dankness is masked. Not a bad beer by any means.
