Draft sample at SK. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate earthy hop and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind. A decent and well rounded pale ale. Had this after Zombie Dust and it doesn’t compare at all. I was a little disappointed with this beer especially with all the hype surrounding it. Good nonetheless, just not great. mxtur (266) - Michigan, USA - APR 27, 2011
If this were the standard for Pale Ale we would all be a little happier in life. sbanach (222) - Alabama, USA - MAY 17, 2011
aroma is hops, sweet, citrus. one finger head disipates to thin ring. Straw color, clear, nice head, semi cloudy. High hops, low malt. Woody, piney, and citrus taste. Palate is crisp, clear, and refreshing. This one was different with the piney and citrus taste. A must try! dumontn (530) - St. Joseph, Michigan, USA - APR 23, 2011
Draft at 3F brewpub. Pale gold and slightly cloudy with a delicate and quickly disappating head. Mild citrus hop nose, slight pine. Very full body for a pale ale, notes of honey and citrus. Refreshing and easy drinking. A great middle of the road offering from floyds but nothing to write home about.
