750 ml orange waxed bottle served in a FFF Teku. Bottle 6/25/13.
A: Pours a clear orange color with a thick, white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a heavy cap that leaves chunky lace down the glass.
S: Lots of fruity Brett notes with a nice underlying pine. some lemon grass, a little bretty funk and a nice balance of sweet cracker malts. Cherry pit sweetness.
T: Fruity Bretty with a light funky barnyard presence. A little piney bitterness with just a hint of cat pee. It follows more of noble hop route as opposed to the actual pee notes people are mentioning. Lemon flesh notes with out the accompanying tartness. Sweet cracker malts.
M: Medium light bodied with a nice medium carbonation level. Finish is slightly bitter and fruity.
O: The Brett presence is pretty nice as it’s both fruity and funky. Hops are nice as they had a little earthy balance. Enjoyed this one.

Cloudy gold color, medium white lace; zero head. Pineapple galore on the nose. Hoppy, weed-esque as the smell fades. Funky, lightly tart, grassy, bitter yeast, hops at the end. Interesting; def better than the last FFF Bretty beer I tried.
