On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and dispensed to a snifter with a hazed, golden hue, soft white head foam that expeditiously diminished to a ring & film, and left some spotty lacing. The aroma started with honey sweetness, and continued with light grain, some mild but funky yeast scent, esters as lemon & pear, and light spice. Light to medium bodied, esters were similar in the flavor, hop bitterness was lingering and earthy, and light tartness complemented the spritz of the carbonation. A touch of dryness and noticeable alcohol proceeded with the hops into the finish. Flavorful and expressively stronger than many sampled Saisons. More suited for sipping than "thirst crushing". imo dinkle50 (1477) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 1, 2013

Draft at the brewpub, served in a small tulip. Pours a semi-cloudy bright gold with a solid inch-plus of white head that takes a while to settle. Aroma is bright and mildly funky, with sweet malts, straw, spice, apricot, banana, and mellow citrus. Flavor of dry grains, spice, sweet dough, apricot, peach, banana, and citrus. Very dry finish. Light-medium bodied, with a sweet, dry mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Good summer saison. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - MAY 27, 2013

Crashed one of these thirst crushing brews on draft, it has a ncie spice, very drinkable. BelvidereIPA (140) - Belvidere, Illinois, USA - APR 24, 2013
Tap from the FFF brewpub. Pours hazy and pale, with substantial head. Citrus and banana on the nose. Crisp, refreshing, very well done saison. FFF has the tendency to get too aggressive with their brewing (with good reason, it produces some great beers). This is a very restrained beer and a good one. Tmoney99 (14495) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 21, 2013
Tap. Poured hazy pale color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate yeast, banana and ginger aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet spice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid complex beer. rxeight (3084) - Illinois, USA - MAR 30, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Belgian yeast aroma and taste. Bananna and clove. Light and crisp. Basic saison. Typical for the style, not super hopped like all the 3 floyds brews.
