Bomber. Pours a very dark brown, almost pitch black with a finger of effervescent, chocolatey head that dissipates quickly. A HUGE amount of lacing. Aroma is chocolate, alcohol, caramel, roasted malt, coffee and a very well hidden hop presence. Delicious. The alcohol is present, but perfectly balanced with everything else. Mouth is very boozy up front with coffee, roasted malt and chocolate. Citrus hops definitely come into play here. Absolutely delicious. Three Floyds has definitely upped the ante with this brew.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with medium creamy beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, grain, caramel. Medium mouth, roasted malt, cocoa, licorice, light booze, good.

MacBoost (1934) - Victor, New York, USA - MAY 9, 2015
Trade extra from StFun. Thanks! Pours a thinish black with a tan head. Aromas of dark fruit, anise, some roast. Taste is lightly bitter and lightly sweet. Flavors of roasted malt, anise, black twizzlers, some tobacco. Mediocre, but nice boost level.

Bottle... Pours tar-black with a small, creamy, beige head. Good retention. The nose furnishes chocolate crème, toasted tree nuts and a suggestion of vanilla. Full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor showcases roastiness, sweet dark-chocolate and nuttiness. Carbonic, bittersweet finish. Sort of a fusion of a milk stout and foreign stout. Bottle courtesy of BBB63!

Benzai (16536) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - NOV 22, 2014
Bottle shared @ tasting. Very dark brown to black color with a medium sized light brown head. Aroma is malts, surprisingly a lot of grains, a hint of dark chocolate and only slightly roast. Taste malts, again super grainy, oatmeal, pretty bitter and some roasty bitter. Medium body and carbonation.

PhillyCraft (7720) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 22, 2014

Bottle shared thanks to Phillycraft. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of oatmeal up front, with earthiness, licorice, cocoa and malt. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

bhiner41 (193) - Darien, Illinois, USA - NOV 7, 2014
Pours jet black, nice tan foam head. Smells like doughnuts and booze. Lively mouth feel, fizzy for a stout. Chocolate on the palate and aftertaste.

thomas15 (689) - Alabama, USA - JUL 19, 2014
Aroma of peanut brittle, aged hops, roast, slight chocolate. Darkest burnt umber, light tan head ring. Taste is roasty cola chocolate. Lighter mouthfeel. Good stuff.

sudomorph (1181) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 10, 2014
Bomber bottle. Pours a near black with a thin, khaki head that laces. Aroma is a sweet chocolate. Roasty, dark fruits, caramel, and slightly smoky. Taste is a solid bitter. Dark chocolate, slight dark fruits, slightly smoky, and some alcohol. Slightly burnt roast finish. Medium-full gift with a medium carbonation. Smooth and nearly creamy in the mouth. Overall really nice. Roasty, smoky, and a smooth, drinkable texture.
