Pours a beautiful dark gold with a fleeting small white head. Big hops aroma off the top (pine and citrus). Creamy mouthfeel with a big flavor of bubble gum and pineapple. Coats your mouth sits there nice, sweet and refreshing until the next sip.

Pours a brownish/orange color. Smell is of tropical fruits, hops. Taste is great, hops, fruits, a malt balance, a touch of bitterness. Overall this is a top notch beer worth seeking out.

Bottle from RobertDale - thanks. Pours a shimmering golden/copper color with a modest white head. Lots of sticky sheet lacing. Nose is intese with ripe and pungent hops; citrus and piney. Lots of grapefruit. The taste is full of hops, as anticipated. A very modest malty background provides no break from the rampant citrus and piney hops. I wouldnt call it bitter either. Just pure hop flavor. Nicely done FFF, this beat the hype hands down.

Pours a clear dark orange with a nice white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, grass, and spice. Taste is very much the same. Smooth on the palate and has a nice bitter finish.

From a bottle shared by Ben at the Birch. Super light colored, almost lager-like, this instantly draws you in with a simple, yet decidedly citric aroma. We had fun trying to peg this one, with its relatively light body, yet assertive hoppiness. Ends with a bit of a nice little peppery bite. Freaking amazing beer! Thanks, Ben! (#4567, 4/12/2012)

12 oz. bottle, pours a beautiful cloudy orange with a small white head. Very aromatic with floral hops, tropical fruits, and fresh orange peel. Flavour of loads of floral hops, piney hops and tropical fruits. Hovers between that ambiguous border of a pale ale and IPA. Finishes dry, tropical fruity, and somewhat florally. Beautiful pale ale.

On draft at Local Option in Chicago. Pours a clear amber/copper with frothy white head. Aroma is powerful citrus and resinous hops. Taste is very bitter with a bit of sweet balancing malt...but not much, its very hop forward which is the way I like it! Medium body, very crisp carbonation, finishes dry. Great pale ale, I could drink a few of these!

Draft: Poured a golden to light orange with white head. The aroma was citrus and hops. The taste was a full on piney hops taste bus attack, but left to a nice fruit finish. Glad I could enjoy a beer like this in on location.
