Definitely an IPA and Belgian ale hybrid. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus, Belgian yeast, herbal. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar to the aroma. More of a distinct IPA and Belgian ale mix than one that really melts together. Still, solid brew. MacBoost (1933) - Victor, New York, USA - DEC 20, 2012
Ontario coast, huh? Let me tell you a little about the Ontario coast. The beaches are infected with bacteria to the point where they don’t even let you swim in the water. There’s gang fights at the Ontario Beach Park. Murders. Muggings. For real. Garbage in the sand. Disgusting. So why would you name your beer after this? And then, why would you put a picture of this on the label? /end rant. Now for the review. Pours a clear gold color with a 2 finger off white head. Aromas of clove, spices, floral hops. Fuck. Why don’t they advertise this a a Belgian style IPA? If I’d known this, I would have scrolled past. Ok, first sip reveals a hopped up Belgian blond ale. Meh. Not bad but not very exciting either. This is OK at best. Not something I would buy again. jcwattsrugger (12517) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - AUG 9, 2012
22oz bottle-pours cloudy gold/orange with a huge light tan head that laces. Aroma is floral/citrus rind, yeast-pepper/clove, light malt-bready. Taste is floral/citrus rind/spice hops, yeast-pepper/clove, light malt-bready, some fruit. Some drying at the finish. crajun (1259) - , Texas, USA - JUN 23, 2012

Bomber poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of biscuit, yeast, citrus and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, lemon and light grapefruit with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

22 oz bomber. Pours a murky rusty brown orange with a medium sized off white head. Aroma of orange citrus peel, tangy hops, toasty malts and mild candied sugar. Taste of orange peel, lemon, tangy hops, toasted malts and light candied sugar. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - FEB 28, 2012
22 oz. bottle. Pours lightly hazed yellow gold with a large fluffy off-white head that lasted until the very last sip and left pillow of lace all the way to the end. Pleasant aroma of citrus, more orange than grapefruit, with a few notes of pine. Seems like there is a bit of spice in the aroma as well. The flavor begins with malt and is followed by some nice fruity hops goodness with orange and grapefruit. Some spice in the flavor as well, more noticeable than in the aroma. Moderate bitterness at the finish. Very enjoyable IPA. Ron (4085) - Rochester, New York, USA - JAN 22, 2012
Pour hazy golden with a large white head and good lacing. Aroma has grapefruit, fruity ester, clove, citrus. Taste is very bitter, lots of clove, esters, yeast, pepper, grapefruit. Good carbination with a medium body. I guess I should not of had it so soon after the double IPA. rocbyter (2140) - Waterbury, Connecticut, USA - JAN 17, 2012
Fresh malt and strong hop aroma. Hazy light orange color with a large white head. Late bitter beginning that fades in the finish. BeerHawk (1810) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JAN 16, 2012
Bottle. Poured a hazy pale with a frothy off-white head that settled to a ring with time and left light lace. Aroma was yeast, spice, and hop background. The flavor found much the same; Belgium yeast, citrus hop, and light spices. Medium body, medium bitterness throughout, and a Belgium aftertaste. Decent Belgium IPA, but almost a little overdone on the yeast presences.
