Bottle: Poured a deep black with tan head. Aroma is chocolate with coconut. Taste is similar. gripweed57 (2804) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2016
22 ounce bottle. Pours a barely translucent dark brown with a small frothy khaki head. Subtle roasted malt nose with a hint of coconut and milk chocolate. Upfront flavor is sweet roasted malt, cocoa and coconut. Definitely remiscent of a Mounds candy bar. Mid-taste brings some sticky, chewy dark malt with cola and coconut notes. Finish is bittersweet with spicy hop notes. Hints of cardamom and coconut mix with boozy notes. Overall, a tasty, flavorful Porter. Bacterial (3040) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - MAY 14, 2016
Draft pour into a snifter. Dark brown, almost black in color with a slight off-white head. Malty nose. Mild coconut in the finish. Pretty solid imperial porter. MacBoost (1935) - Victor, New York, USA - APR 28, 2016
Tap at MacGregors. Pours a thin looking black. Aroma of roast and coconut. Taste is plenty sweet and just lightly bitter. Heavy coconut presence. Very Caribbean like. It’s ok.

Dark black body and coconut aroma. Nice coconut flavor, not that suntan lotion BS other beers offer. This was a nice light quality that was real. Some cocoa and a tiny bit bitter that is evened out with sweetness. Cask tap. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 9, 2016
Bomber from Wegman’s, and I am appalled to be only the 3rd rater of this one. You New York guys need to get your heads out of your asses! Pours hazy dark brown with tan head. Nose is huge hazelnut, earthy vienna malt, ovaltine. Tastes very nutty, with a hazelnut and walnut flavor that is delicious, earthy malt, and a smooth and dense finish. Very complex like a super nut brown ale, and is absolutely delicious. Ron (4107) - Rochester, New York, USA - FEB 9, 2016
Bottle during Super Bowl. Pours a deep brown/black with a thin to medium sized beige head. Soft cocoa, chocolate, coconut. Medium-bodied, sweet cocoa, chocolate, more coconut. Warm malt, soft milk chocolate into the finish. jb (3346) - Rochester, New York, USA - JAN 15, 2016
Dark, thin head, minimal spotty lacing. Nose is roasted malts mainly, hints of chocolate and coffee, as it warms I also smell the coconut. Palate is silky thick, grittier as it warms. A really nice satisfying palate. Taste is mounds bar all the way. This may not be for everyone but I really like Mounds bars as well as thoughtful well made beers.
