COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Voraciously hoppy and not overly bitter. The Kind brings enormous aroma and maximum flavor. It’s like taking a walk through a pine forest and ending up at a citrus farm. This beer brings joy to the world, one sip at a time.

On tap @ Tap and Mallet - Best IPA of all the local Rochester area beers we sampled. Hazy gold pour with small to medium white firm head. Big fresh hop aromas, lots of citrus peel and thick floral characteristics. Aggressive fresh hop flavor with good bitterness to balance the piney grapefruit flavors. Would definitely look for this one when in the Rochester ares.

A weird super malty and old paint aroma, makes me think this beer has been sitting fornawhile. Flavor is also off in a similar fashion. Like the hops have given way to malt and a little sourness. Not very good.

Bottle: Poured hazy yellow with white head. Aroma skunky dank hops. Taste is nice juicy hops. Dry finish.

Bottle pours a very light and translucent yellow with decent head but even bigger and badder lace. Nice aroma; hops, pine, floral, tropical fruits, orange peel. Flavor is much the same with it getting its malt profile here. Bitter and harsh but I like that.

coachd (803) - Missouri, USA - MAR 17, 2016
Aroma is of muted hops, more of the citrus variety than pine, good but I wanted stronger. Standard golden color with a tall, sticky white head. Citrusy taste, particularly lemon. Malty aftertaste. Nice slick palate. Overall I would say this is average. I would not buy this again; there are too many IPAs that are better.

2.9
shigadeyo (3730) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 11, 2015
Floral, pine, grassy aroma; hazy, pale yellow with a whipped white head; soapy and astringent, average maltiness, floral finish with a bit of citrus peel; medium light body; decent, nothing special.

coldbrewky (1730) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - NOV 26, 2015
Bomber via beer world. Muted, translucent amber body. Initially the head grew like a mutated Japanese monster. It finally settled down leaving large iceberg like blobs of foam floating in the glass threatening to destroy any ship that came to close. Nose is sweet hops covered in malts and stuff....with things. Body is surprisingly hoppy but as the label states....not to overpowering.... Wow, honesty in advertising for once! Another quality beer from New York.... Whoo hoo!

650ml bottle in Las Vegas. Hazy amber brown, good head. Toffee hop aroma. Resin hop malt flavour. Bitter sweet aftertaste. More like an Imperial IPA.

3.6
BeerdedDave (1678) - Beckley, USA - OCT 12, 2015
gold - light amber color; crisp, light, citrusy aroma; citrus hops on a bery light malt base; a light, crisp, and bitter beer

Gamin (146) - Brockport, New York, USA - APR 19, 2015
Clean and light flowery hop aroma with a low but balanced bitterness. Sadly, it has some soapy undertones.
