Our mamas always taught us that you can never be too polite. In their honor, we decided to test that theory with the Too Kind. It has everything you love from the Kind IPA but jacked up to an out-of-this-world level. A hop exuberance of pine, citrus and love that plays nice with others.

Dogbrick (13013) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 29, 2017
This beer is a clear bronze color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Pine, hops and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, citrus and grainy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

ElCapitan22 (363) - Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 13, 2016
Pours clear gold in color and has excellent head retention. There is acting all.over the glass from this beer as well. Has an aroma of pine and grapefruit. Tastes piney and slightly more fruity than expected. A very good beer!

kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 15, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear gold body under a one finger frothy off-white head that had nice retention. The nose is citrusy hops, but also a fair amount of sweet caramel malt as well. The flavor is ok, the citrusy and dank hops are a bit drowned out by the sweet caramel maltiness. The finish lingers a bit, a mixture of caramel and pine. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a slight cling. Meh, this one is OK, but not a favorite among the style by far.

jason (1834) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 5, 2016
Bottle. Aroma is strong caramel, hops. Body is cloudy orange with little to no foamed head. Flavor is bitter hops and caramel, very flat flavor profile. Palate has a slightly bitter grass presence.

shigadeyo (3739) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 11, 2015
Much like The Kind IPA, but stronger with more toasted maltiness, some weird vegetable/rotting grain quality in the middle; arguably less interesting and less flavorful than the regular version; light honey malt on the aroma and a light sweetness in the flavor; overall flavor seems off; not impressed at all.

MarkBarnes (418) - Waterville, New York, USA - DEC 7, 2015
Dec. 07, 2015; 12 oz. bottle (sold in 4-pack). An earthy, dry DIPA. Virtually non-existent head. Sweet without being cloying. Long, sticky palate is the best feature. Okay, but definitely not top-shelf.

BroSpud (2189) - , Massachusetts, USA - SEP 6, 2015
12oz bottle. Damn this went down fast. I must have liked it OK to drink it that fast but I can’t remember any particulars. Will have to taste some more and pay attention next time. Ratings are estimated.

Nicksbeers (26) - - AUG 30, 2015
Hazy orange-ish color. Not a lot of carbonation. Pine notes. Citrus notes. I wish the smell was more pronounced. VERY smooth. I don’t get any Alcohol in the taste. Medium body. Very well balanced. Tastes great!

AdamChandler (5052) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 18, 2015
Dark orange, very light aroma. almost no head. insanely bitter. tropical and juicy with a bit of dankness. creamy mouthfeel. decent

addisonbill (3) - - AUG 15, 2015 does not count
That quinine hit right at the start fades to a beautiful resiny finish--it lingers in your mouth like the image of a pine tree over a lake
