Bottle. DArk golden colour with an off-white head. Malty bready aroma. Sweet malty and bready flavor. Sweet malty aftertaste. sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 1, 2006
(Bottled) Clear, light amber color with a smallish, foamy, quickly fading head. Grainy-malty, slightly alcoholic aroma with an inch of sourness. Grainy-caramely-malty, slightly sweet and vegetably flavor with hints of alcohol and acidity. Light to medium-bodied, a bit slicky palate with medium, quite smooth carbonation. A basic bock with mild acidity and moderate alcoholic feel. Dunno what’s with the "easter", though. oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - SEP 16, 2005
Bottled. Copper coloured, beige bubbly head. Caramellish malty aroma and flavour. Also some weak hints of barley and hops. Long caramellish aftertaste. A bit sticky palate. OK brew. fiulijn (20411) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2005

Copper brown, small off-white head. Sweet rye-malty aroma, like in some non-alcoholic beer. Medium-bodied, lots of rye also in flavor. Barley flavors, slightly alcoholic and tickling carbonation. Drinkable but not very high class.
Bottle. Aroma has a hint of malt, wet rag... and metal? Clear dark copper colour, small head. Watery, but still malty flavour. Flavour of unmalted barley also. rlgk (18847) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 14, 2005
Light amber, offwhite head. Weak fruity aroma. Malty but not with very clear flavours. Ok palate, but I did not want anything extra in this one... Boystout (1000) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - AUG 17, 2004
Before and after sampling everything in this beer was outstanding: stylish label with Easter cock, beautiful cherry colour (sending Cabernet & Co into second division), high rocky head of foam, rich fruity aroma. Lace was amazing: like a cobweb with similar sized cells. But the beer itself... I expected much more. The palate was flat and neutral (we are talking about 6% Easter beer!), clearly on the malt side but not really bock-like. A disappointment. larsniclas (7037) - Billdal, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2004
Amber with a shortlasting head.
Sour and pungent aroma; hay.
Some grassy maltiness. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 24, 2004
Dark brown . Small creamy tan head. Toffee, nuts and pears in aroma. Flavour of chocolate, nuts and grass. Medium bitter finish. Surprisingly good...
